Today I called and right away got on the phone with Pete Koble. He helped me go back into our order history for some simple post cards that our dental office has been using for years. I could not find them in the order history but Pete did it in 2 seconds and even helped update them and get an order placed, all in one call. What impressed me was how kind and effortlessly helpful he was. Even over the phone he seemed to like his job and he made our phone call so simple and I knew exactly what to expect when the phone call was over as well. I was sent an email and then an artwork proof later in the day. I can say I was really glad he helped me today. He is someone I would want answering my phones if he were here in our office.
