I run a billiard hall in queens New York. First of all, i am doing pretty good. One day, i got call from a gentleman and said that he works for advertising company called 411 local which i was told one of the best ad company. He asked me if i was interested to sign up. I told him i am not interested. From that day on, he kept called me almost everyday and insisted me. Finally, I listened what he had to say. He promised me that i will pay a dollar to start. Plus my business will be front of google, yelp, and over few hundred sites. He told me he will bring a lot of costumers. Said that only thing that i have to worry was, too many costumers. So I sadly decided to singed up. For few months, notjing happened. Almost no costumers showed up or no phone calls. Then i called back and complained. They told me give them few months and it is just starting. So i gave them fee months. It never brought more then 20 costumers, giving the hundreds of money i sent, i lost. I highly don't recommend 411local because this is absolutely failure and they just lie on your face. Do not sign up with this company. Find something else. It is definitely not worth spending hundreds or thousands dollars while you get nothing in return. I am writing this cuz I don't anyone else be victim this company.

I had great expectations when I first started with this company. But after just the first few weeks I could see that this was just a scam. The sales person that called me promised several things. They said they would edit MY webpage (like add some pictures, change the style, etc. None of which was done. I asked them to do a couple other things as well which also never got done. They did make a very NONprofessional looking youtube video for my company (which I asked them to remove). My 10 year old daughter could do better than these guys. They don't care about you. They just want to keep charging your card. Would never do business with again. Also not rated very good on yelp. Wish I had looked them up before I had signed up. Learn from my experience and stay away.

had very bad experience with them they where suppose to manage my online marketing and they didn't do nothing with my google account for 8 months no pictures, no log and the website wasn't finish 100% and when i canceled my services and bough my own domain from them and the content they blocked me so i had no access to it no more even though i bought it. When i call for several days they always had system down some one will call you back. If you want to waist your money defiantly call them.

Don t deal with this company. They tried to say they owned my google listing after I went with another company and there still holding my google listing hostage. They keep calling and harassing me when I told them 10 times to stop calling me. They will steal you re google listing from you.

Pretty good company , I've tried various Seo Companies over the years and I can honestly say I've had my best visibility results online with 411 locals in 3 months than I've had in all the years I've been open.

Its crazy to see so many bad reviews. This company may not be able to understand well but they get your website and business listed up there. Highly recommended

created duplicates. shut down my large account over 2 months without knowing why, took them 3 tries to have it reinstated, They reinstated wrong account. They call relentlessly asking for money to set up different locations. They change your company name they keep primary status. Editing. 9 /11/2019. I'm having a lot of issues almost 5 years later. Darious and Carlos are their two managers who have ran me ragged. I think this company is going the wrong direction .They have to uphold standards that they owe you service and integrity. now what I see is a web page that is micky mouse. I'm 3 starring the company for years of trouble . I hope they remedy my situation. I finally got through to Heather I believe the top executive who stated she worked their3 4 years. I hope she can bring the integrity of the company back. I appreciate the efforts of most working here. But the down talking by darious and Carlos who sit side by side in a cubicle escalate you to raising your voice then repeat. Man quit yelling. I can't help you if you keep yelling. They find it funny.
I read reviews through here that show its habitual. Not ok. I believe Heather on a 30 minute conversation helped and sorted out the issue. 6 hours today recalling to get her. I was relentless and it should never ever ever!!! Ever go like this.

I had a little rocky start, very brief, everything I was offered is and was true.

Well done! Thank you for your service! My website is exactly where it should be - on google first search page! In the beginning, I was skeptical that you can ensure a local business owner with and cutting-edge online presence. Now, I know that you guys are doing a really good job!

Don't throw away your money on this company. My company was a client for 18 months. I called in to check on my listing after the first year and was told I wasn't a customer. It took 65 minutes on the phone to convince them I was a customer. They billed me $99 a month every 15th but I wasn't a customer anywhere in there system. I gave them 3 more months to make on there word before I decided to go ahead and cancel. They owned the website but they actually took my company phone number and my company website off my google advertisement. I had already removed there site. They also billed me a prorated bill after I cancelled 7 days before the new billing cycle. They should not be allowed to do business.

You know the feeling when you just hit the jackpot! 411 Locals is my winning lottery ticket. But I didn t gamble when I chose my marketing agency. I did really deep research before I signed up with them.
My findings were like finding a piece of gold in a creek - those guys are an All Stars Google Partner!

This is definitely a company that I recommend and will continue to use in order to grow my business. They are very professional and truly do know how to provide the customer service that people are looking for. Before working with 411 Locals, I didn t have a website or any idea as to how SEO works. This company not only put my business online, but it helped me improve my clientele!

Well I personally have had to deal with this company trying to get a customers domain released and the customer service is awful, hold times are terrible, something that takes 30 secs has taken two weeks and hrs of phone time from myself and GoDaddy to resolve the issue. How are they a Google partner is a complete mystery. The domain was being moved because they failed to service my new customers website while he was their customer... Highly recommend you avoid them at all costs!!

Just perfect ! It was success for me working with 411 Locals. First, they impressed me with the results, they achieved with my new website. Second - the custom made marketing video was the one I needed. And last but bot least - the customer service is great.

I opened my domain until 411 local offer to take over my website. 8 months later I didn t like the service and decided to end it. They closed my domain when I m the one who started it and can t access it anymore. They posed my business was permanent closed when its not true! Don t trust them. What s so ever and need to give me access back to my google domain and remove yourself and website as well. I would hate to file a lawsuit against 411 local.

I had a few issues in the beginning with 411 Locals....but then Ericka, a supervisor or lead there...has been absolutely AMAZING FOR US! Her constant contact every month and patience with my company has well exceeded what I expected! Any and all issues I had were INSTANTLY corrected, or fixed on my web site page within no time. As it stands now....I couldn't be happier with the representation of my company with my own web site through 411 Locals. My business has increased in the last year since using this company for our web site. The optimization has been very good too!

They have been harassing me and my husband since we stopped doing business with them. They called and impersonated our current advertisers. When we tried to call back the number it was disconnected. They have a phone number set up for us that should not be active and have signed us up for all types of spam online. They do not follow Google's guidelines. If you can help it, do not do business with them. They are sabotaging our business. They will do the same to yours unless you work with them forever. Otherwise, you will most likely have to start another business. The employees names are fake. They are unsearchable in nvsos.gov.

This business will run yours into the ground.

I've only been with this company for about a month but so far they have been very accomodating and the set-up was convenient. They also seem to be very flexible to my needs.

I have a small Painting & Drywall Company called "Tradesman Painting & Decorating" so today I signed up with 411 LOCALS I have to say that I was impressed with what they were offering me and I thought the price was very fair.

I spoke with a man named Maxwell and thought he was being very genuine with me I only rated it 3 stars because it is only day one (July 15, 2015) and I am barely up and running.

I'm surprised to see bad reviews on here, I have used 411 locals before In The past with awesome results and recently started using them again. They have been very responsive and professional. Thank you 411 locals for all that you have done for me.

One of the rudest telemarketing calls I've ever gotten. Rude enough for me to find them online on the other side of the country to leave a negative review.

If I could give them negative stars I would. Had a great SEO company I had who actually got me results. Could not get LeJune to stop calling me so I gave 411local a shot. 5 months later I get a call about my cooling keywords not being right??? Im an AC company its the end of june and you still have not worked on my key words as we discussed!!!!!! So did some digging and for 5 months they literally did nothing but, take my money. They claimed to make my website which they did not, they claimed to make my social media sights which had been up also years before I signed on with these crooks and after I called Phillip White out he just got straight offensive and rude. Then when I tried to cancel they gave me the run around couldn't get a specialist on the phone didn't call me back. Had to block and stop all payments from my bank to stop the crooks. HANDS DOWN WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY!!!! DONT EVER LET THESE CROOKS TOUCH YOUR SEO.

Was on the phone for 40 minutes trying to cancel our listing. Once I FINALLY cancelled the lady was a total jerk!! They call our business all week long. No stop. Just ridiculous! Glad we are done with them.

This company is a bunch of hacks. They make up reviews and if you try to cancel they report you to google and get your site banned. They don't allow you to cancel, and they fight you at every turn. This is the worst company I have worked with in 8 years in business. AVOID THEM!!! RUN AWAY!!!! They will destroy your reputation.

Your company is a joke and a scam. some person named Aaron calls repeatedly, using a local number, pretending to need our services, then starts with a stupid sales pitch.

None of my leads came through their answering service to me, that I was paying for.
The only thing 411 Locals did for me and my business was send us a Huge bill.

What f***in joking. Blows my mind on how ridiculous it is to get anything done. I'm gunna keep this pretty short, because I'm tired of wasting all my time with them(the company as a hole). (Brief info. not nearly all of it.) From just trying to get one thing changed on the website to have to listen to sale reps for close to hours, to the last part of canceling and transferring my domain name. So far its taken 2 weeks and its still not done. I've had to call into host gator back to 411 about 5 times a day ever sense both claiming its always the other company that needs to do something. it is obvious that once they are done selling and I say no that I don't mater any more and not cared about when trying to get my domain name back. I ran into a problem with a employee getting mad at me when trying to get my domain transferred(I'm very patient believe it or not by the view). Most of every one though was nice and trying to be helpful, but something's screwed up with upper management. The problems never ended. Oh, and I had 1 phone call for the 4 months I was with them. This company has published photos that were not mine. They also published services that I do not provide. I have tried endlessly to get 411 local to correct these issues for nearly one year, since I first started using them .
They always say the same thing, we will correct it immediately but to this day nothing has been corrected. I would not suggest to anyone that they use this company for their internet campaign.THEY KEEP Harassing me about please remain our customer and so on and so on but nothing doing. I have since found other help for my internet campaign, and they are far, far better than 411 locals, more professional, they listen and do exactly what I ask of them 411 locals is a joke in comparison .I give 411 locals one star only because, there is no lower choice. I will also be contacting the better business bureau of both Las Vegas and st Paut mn about the harassing phone calls at all hours of the night and day stay away from 411 locals, please.

Warning! - this company is a big time scammer. If you have ever given them your bank account information, you must close your bank account immediately to avoid the fraudulent charges from them. They are persistently trying to post payment on your bank account without your authorization. After cancelling the service with them, they were still posting payments on my bank account without my authorization. My bank advised that I closed the bank account to avoid their fraudulent practice. By the way, they don't even deserve a one star but that's the only way the system will allow me to post this review- Stay away from them!

As a business owner, I get a ton of SEO companies calling me to sell me on their service. I get it, they are just doing their job and I can't be mad at them for that. But this lady was by far rude. "I guess I will just call other reliable companies who are looking for business if you don't want to listen to me." as she chuckles. I just cannot recommend 411 Locals enough. They are very knowledgeable with a lot of expertise in the field of SEO and WEB DESIGN. They managed to pin my website on the TOP of search engine results page! I am more than happy to have my website on the map too! This attracts a lot of clients to me. THUMBS UP!

They have called me 2 days in a row. I asked the first day for no more calls. We will see if they can accommodate my request after the second call. I don't like companies who harass people after being asked to stop.

They call us to offer a marketing package on 09/29/2017 and suppose the marketing person call for get all the detail, they never call, we wonder what happen with it, we call in 10/13 to cancel, they hurry to send us a link with really bad design that you can doing yourself. They send us a kind of bill for $70 dollar for nothing be done. They need be more professional in the job. We wonder it is a kind the scam to the people.

Unfortunately 3 months went by and nothing happened I called several times trying to contact the person that had promised me things that was not going to happen, I was not able to speak with him again, they just keep changing the account manager for 2 years and nothing happened until i just give up and discontinue them, very surprised that they do have some reviews with more than 1 star but during the time that I was with them one of the manager had told me that they can create fake reviews, witch those may be fake,

411 locals is a complete scam. They pride their business on that $1 start up. DON'T TRUST THEM. They lied to us. They will tell you one thing and do another. Jessica just spoke with me about cancellation. After extensive conversation . they are lying and telling us we have a 60 day past due balance when in fact we don't. They lied to us and told us that we needed two ad pages for one business when we moved because they were too lazy to transfer. They lied to us and told us they would waive the fee for our second page(per their mistake) . I heard the employees in the background laughing at us saying, "they're calling back again." Jessica called back after explaining that our $150 monthly payment had been increased to $175 to cancel. She left a voicemail saying that instead of owing the $175, we also owe an additional $150 because we are supposedly 60 days past due. Our bill was due on Nov. 5, 2017. They are liars, do not trust them.

This company cold called me even though my number is listed on the do not call registry.

same thing happened to me a person with an indian accent talked to me about advertising and i refused after few seconds I received a text from 411 local telling me that I agreed to be charged me 49.99 non refundable set up fee etc... so be careful this company is a scam

I just got off of the phone Tammy at 411 locals is incredibly patient and helpful. I am not very computer savvy and she walked me through for about 45 minutes,I can't thank her enough for her patients and understanding !!!! Then .....I had to call back and I talked to Michelle for about 30 minutes because I was having a problem with my computer, she also was very kind and patient.

Calls in the middle of the night after i requested being taken off their call list.

Wish leads were more than a name and phone number, could be filled with useful info about what they want, address, when job is wanted done etc. That way I'm not calling just a name but a job as well

411 Locals contacted me in October and made everything seem peachy on the phone. They talked about not having contracts and having the ability to cancel the account without any obligations within the first 30 days of service. I signed up. Within 3 weeks, I noticed that the response time when contacting a service representative, developer, etc.. was very slow and the quality of the website promised was below average at best. I've seen better websites and videos on free service websites. They seem to create completely fabricated testimonials on your website as well. They promised that the web site optimization really kicks in after 90 days. However, I decided to call and cancel within the first 30 days. A month later, my credit card was charged again. They also attempted to collect a fee a month after that. I disputed the charge with my credit card company and all of their recorded calls that had to do with me canceling in November mysteriously disappeared. They only produced copies of e-mails and texts stating that I did want the service (when I initially signed up). I lost the dispute with the credit card company because I could not produce anything proving I had called to cancel in November!! It is now May and I am still getting e-mails from 411 Locals asking me to either pay a ridiculous balance from back in December and threatening to send me to collections if I don't. I received calls from one agent back in February when I was disputing promising to cancel my contract if I just paid the November charge and canceled the dispute with my card company because makes their company "look bad." What makes your company look bad is luring customers with great promises of great looking websites and leads for your business. Throughout this entire ordeal the shabby website has been and I have YET TO RECEIVE ONE SINGLE CALL from any potential customers. How's that for website optimization? If you are considering becoming a customer, please read this and DON'T DO IT!

This company is a total scam, a got a call they offer me a website and marketing from 200$ per month web was done quick but not what I wanted I called so many times to see if they can change few things but that didn't happen they put the domain name of my company to some else not sure who? please be careful with 411 locals I try to cancel services but they keep calling me to make me a mega website team was under new management this was a really bad experience for me but finally got a company that worth my time and money.

For many years I've believed that my business doesn't need any advertising. I thought that I can find enough jobs with the word of mouth, but each month I got less and less customers. My business had no online presence, which, as I found out is crucial in the 21st century. Then I was contacted by a 411 Locals employee, who offered me to get advertised online by 411 Locals and I said yes. A couple of months passed and I started seeing the results. Every week I receive more calls from new customers, than the previous. I believe that my decision to sign up for this service saved my business.

They did more harm than good. You sign up and immediately get spam calls from people claiming to be from there, trying to squeeze $ out of you and tying up your phones. You talk to like 20 different people and no one does what you ask them. Then they harass you for trying to cancel, make promises they don't fulfill. Miles McCoy was very helpful and understanding to my situation. I was with 411 before and felt as if it were not going to be worth the price so I dropped it but now having Miles on my team I really think this time it will be worth it.

411 Locals was my first experience with marketing my company they sold me on a answering service but i found out there is no one answering until 8:00 NV time and I am in SC. then when i asked to cancel it i argued with the lady and she basically refuse. then she asked me to spend another 100.00 or so to expand my area. so when i told her not rite now she would not get a hint to the point i had to just hang up the phone. Then I decided to leave and go to another company and it took me two days a total of like 6 to 8 hours to get the point across to one of there senor marketing manager that I was not staying with the company. The big thing about that is i own, and run my company by my self I had better thing to do.

Staff enthusiastic and helpful. I am moving on and don t need their marketing service. A great stepping stone for the beginners or new entrepreneur.

For the last four years I have worked with this company, each month they received their payment without any delays and we got a return for our investment which made us ignore their erroneous work method that includes publish company on fake locations in every city & publish falls reviews for each location. Sound good? Not at all! After three years, Google made changes in the algorithm which delete all the work 411locals did. Advertising fell but we continued to be billed and we paid them. we wanted to stop advertise with them, then Joan the manager, promised that we will be charged for results only, we agreed and worked this way another year. Suddenly Joan got promoted, Kevin became our account manager and he informed us that we have $5000 balance due and threatened that if we do not pay he will publish my business under fake address in order to harm the company. Following the business harm with their working method can not be measured but i estimated tens of thousands of dollars. I ask you to be careful with them if they hit you, file complaints on the Bbb, review them on yelp and most important action file a complaint to consumer affairs Nevada. Please watch out!

This is the 4th company I've had build and maintain my business web page. 411 Locals have exceeded the other web master sites with their customer service and helpfulness in optimizing a business web site. I am impressed with their follow up and attention to my site where others, once they got their money and built the web page I hardly heard from them. This company has called me frequently and I finally asked to be put on the Do Not Call list. To do this, I asked to be transferred to a manager (her name was Serena) so I can assure to get on that list. She asked me if she could ask a few more questions and instead, I requested Can you put me on your Do Not Call list. She didn t hear me (supposedly), so she asked me to repeat myself. So I said the same exact phrase in a raised tone and slower to ensure she understood me.

Then with a HEAVY attitude in her voice, she replied if you don t want to be called, then why did you ask to be transferred? And I told her I wanted to make sure I communicated with a higher up so I could make sure I wasn t going to be called again. And she replied, Okay... thanks anyway (again with an exasperated attitude) and hung up.

I think other people you are calling would appreciate it much more if your managers would show better customer service by being more polite with their tones rather than sounding irritated when someone they were trying to make their client politely asks to be taken off their call list.

If they can, they will probably delete this review but I'll leave it anyway. This company is no more than a money sink with no results. Their support call center is nothing more than sales people and they have no desire to help you, but instead want to sell you additional "services." They promise a boost in web site traffic due to optimizing your search engine results, but use outdated methods that Google is already privy to, if they even did what they said to do. All in all, if this company calls you, decline their invitation.

Calling me pretending they are customers interesting in my services and then they start offering you advertising. When I said I am not interested, they just cut me off and hung up. Unprofessional. Don't waste your time with this company.

I have worked with SEO companies in the past & honestly i never really understood the whole process! With that being said I was ready to just give up. Than i spoke to a gentleman. His name was Rey there at 411 locals. He took the time to break down and explain the whole process to me step by step. & answered every question i had for him. I have been with 411 locals for over 3 years came across on my credit card was expired to need to pay the bill they emailed me several times I got back with them to try to take care of the balance the manager Jeff was beyond rude didn't seem like he wanted to keep me as a as a customer for any reason I just really dissatisfied and how easily they let you go after being with him for so long do yourself a favor do some research and use a different company!

Spare yourself the trouble. All they do is set up your google listing and then tell you you're on "the first page of google" but that's not why I'm even writing this. I just tried to cancel and after I was bounced around to 3 different departments they made me talk to a "senior account rep" who tries to convince you to stay with a bunch of scripted "sorry to see you go i cant believe it" lines. They will ask you a hundred questions and find any loophole they can to get you to continue service. A good company shouldn't have to work so hard for customer retention. Awful experience, save your time. During the call rep told me "they wouldn't want me back as a customer". when one of my employees tried to cancel yesterday they told him that cancelling will cause hardship on his family. Incredibly unethical company with awful brute force retention tactics. BAD!

We have advertised with 411 locals for over a year and an half. Customer Service only care about collecting their pound a flesh a month. Our webpage has been down for over 3 weeks and if I hadn't called it would still be down and all they said was opps sorry our technician didn't keep up with it.
