My experience with 411 Locals is 100% positive. They've created a nice website, social media and a google listing for my business and as the weeks passed, I started getting more and more calls from new customers. I'm really happy now, my business is blooming and everything is working out great! I really want to say that, thanks to the great customer service and the amazing tech support, I'm a satisfied customer!
So I signed up for $1. I thought it was too good to be true. Then 30 days later I was being contacted by billing stating I owed $299. IAt this point I thought it was a big scam of some sort, however after speaking with David Edwards he explained my campaign. He was very helpful and he was very nice. I could only hope that all customer service agents that I speak to could be as helpful as him. 411 Locals has helped my exposure which in return will help my profits. Thank you!!!

I just hung up on one of their sales people. It took two minutes to get almost a straight answer out of the woman who called me. It took five minutes AFTER I hung up to figure out that she wasn't calling from "411Loco," (which she repeated three times). She was snotty and rude and condescending. And refused to give me a straight answer to any of my questions and they weren't tricky questions. She wouldn't give me a reason for her phone call or whether she was calling to get money from me. She insisted that I wasn't in a position to decide who should be tying up my time and phone line.
Total fraud. Their salesman called and I was polite but declined their offers, then as soon as I hung up a text followed that said, "You agree to purchase services from 411 Locals for $49.99....due in 30 days." Not only hadn't I agreed, I had been doing nothing but saying no thank you and trying to get off the phone. Just ignore these shysters.

Seriously the worst company we have ever done business with. We are a pest control company in Idaho. They told us we would be page 1 within 4-6 months. After 7 months of paying $150 a month and multiple calls to the company to figure out why we were still on page 5. Every time we would call they would tell us they figured out the problem (with there team of 7 specialist working specifically on my account) and that by the next month we would be on page one. The next month we would be in the same spot. It was just a way for them to collect another month payment. Canceling with them is a headache. I was on the phone with them for 2 hours trying to cancel within the first few minutes and basically was told it was my fault that the listing wasn't moving up. I have been canceled with them for over a month now and they still have control of my google listing and won't give it back to me. We lost over 20 of our online 5 star google reviews in the process because we have been trying to delete there listing for us. Funny enough after 1 month without them we have jumped to page 4 now. Do not do not do not waste your time or money with this company. You will definitely regret it if you do. Look at all the reviews on here with the same complaint as me. I wish I would have listened to the other complaints before wasting my time and money with this company.

Can't do zero stars. As of this writing...ZERO stars. They call ,me up, convince me to sign up for $99. I pay it. They tell me someone from the Activation Team will call me the next day. Did I get a call? Nope. I called, and was put on infinite hold by some bad English speaking woman who kept telling me to calm down!!!! It was like Anger Management when Adam Sandler was on the plane speaking softly and the flight attendant kept telling him to calm down!!! All the talking in the background makes it IMPOSSIBLE to understand the half-English speaking Indian or Filipinos!!!! Anyway, I am in the process of canceling. I'm embarrassed I fell for this.
I am quite satisfied with the online advertising service provided by 411 locals, they have certainly delivered on their promises. I struggled with running Google ads on my own for quite a while before realizing that I need a professional for the job. I am more than pleased with the campaign they created for me and it is already paying off!
I started 3 years ago an online enterprise with online math and data analysis services. The first attempt to make myself popular among the potential clients was a complete failure. I have just asked an agency to make for me a great looking website.
They do the job well but...the number of clients stood the same. I was having a great website that no one was able to find. Then I come across 411 Locals and decided to try with them local search engine optimization. They created for me a new website, with emplemented seo stufs in it and they made additional local SEO too. After a few months of waiting, finally, it was on google first page. Now, when somebody searches services that I am offering, my website appears on top.
Could not say that the communication with 411 Locals was the best I imagine. For example, my cust rep was changed several times and this slowed the process down. However, they did a really great technical and SEO job.

Can not get this company to remove an add we do not want. It is like they have hijacked my account and refuse to remove every time we call. They have debited money from my bank account that I did not authorize . Hours on the phone just trying to get them to remove the listing.
411 Locals promised me more business and clients and I got absolutely none. They used the wrong keywords to advertise my business, used 5 year outdated photos, used fake testimonials, had typos in the advertisements and website they created for me. When I called and tried to cancel my account (about 10 times) they wouldn't let me cancel my account and kept telling me how I wouldn't get any business if they took me off of their advertising. I expressed to them multiple times that I was not getting any new business from them whatsoever and that I didn't want to spend $150 on that. It took about 15 Calls, 7 different representatives and me telling them the exact same reasons why I wanted to cancel about 100 times. A company has never made me feel this angry and frustrated and scammed in my life before. They still sent me a final bill for $150 for their "advertising" that DID NOT EVEN SHOW UP ON GOOGLE. Complete scam of a company, do not trust them. Stay away from this fraudulent company!!!!!!

Total fraud, I don't even recommend this advertising website to my worst enemy. They called saying, that they were going to advertise and promote my company to multiple websites but that never happened. And now, they charged me twice for something they haven't done. every time I called to talk to someone they just place me on hold for hours until it gets disconnected. Now, I'm going back and ford to get my money back.

BEWARE - I have been an IT professional for over 20 years & I am warning ALL potential customers about the terrible misleading marketing tactics and business practices this company uses to exploit potential customers. I agreed to a 30 day trial period for $1 to see if was satisfied with the website & services they could provide. When I said I was NOT satisfied & elected to cancel they continued to harass me for monthly payments & now they are threatening to send my account to collection (even though there isn't supposed to be any binding contract). This is one of the worst IT company's I have ever dealt with in over 20 years working in the IT industry. I highly recommend NOT doing business with this company.
They are quick to take your money and "cookie cut" you through the system but they don't customize anything for you. Their customer service sucks. They promised a video and it was with the wrong song and it was taken down by them 3 weeks afterwards. It doesn't seem that there are procedures or common practices because it depends who you get then you have different answers to the same questions. They promise you to get you on first page of GOOGLE. We are with them 3 months and we are still at PAGE 7! No communication from the sales rep (he is way gone!) and to get to customer service no one has a clue. Save your money. STAY AWAY!

That's how they eventually wore me down, they took my information, my Google code, and destroyed my small business. Worst advertising company out there. Our company has been in existence since 1942. We used 411 locals for about 2 years. We were on a month to month basis, no contracts or any fees. They made sure they called every month for their payment . Once we started having problems with our ad for google...they ignored all my calls and emails. I canceled them before our next bill cycle started and went with another company. Now come to find out that they fraudulently verified our Google ad with there own email as if they owned it. This ready existed prior to us using them. It took them 5 months to release my g oogle listing and added up some charges to our canceled account. They are scammers . I RECOMMEND NOT USING THEM!! THEY ARE LIKE BUGS THAT WON'T GO AWAY!

Recently I had a customer refuse to pay me and it created serious financial difficulties. I worked with several reps at 411 locals who were not able to help me finally I spoke with Rey in accounts receivable, he was sympathetic to my situation and worked diligently to resolve my issue. I would recommend that anyone looking to get more traffic on the internet consider 411 locals.
Be careful and ask all the questions because they lie and tell you anything they think you want to hear in order to get you to sign up. If you do decide to give them a shot make sure you record all your conversations so you can have you proof for yourselves when they mess you over!
This business illegally calls residential numbers which are on the National Do Not Call Registry, also using robo-calling and fake "urgent" messages. They should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Under no circumstances should anyone do business with them.

Misleading. 6 months, 12 leads resulting in only 3 jobs, I do 5 a day through other sources. Their solution? Create fake 5 star reviews. Makes you think which 5 stars reviews are legit for this company. Also $49.99 start up isn't for the month, they start charging day 1 but the sales team makes you think otherwise So be prepared to pay up when it comes time to cancel. Are there success stories? Sure but people also win the lottery, feeling lucky? Look else where far better options then this garbage company.

Horrible company that promises you the world and falls woefully short. The "website" they built us was juvenile at best, produced zero by the way of business, and probably did more harm than good in the long run. They never got our approval until launch, in fact we didn't even realize it was up until we went to cancel our services. At the time we went to cancel we were confronted by a rude, unprofessional "Marketing Executive" who spent twenty minutes arguing with us about how much business their service had created (like I said, none), refusing to cancel our services, and finally resorted to profanity before finally relenting. They''re now trying to charge us for the (lack of) services the rendered, even though we didn't approve nor sign off on anything they did.
This was one of the worst experiences that I have encountered in a while, and I would urge any small business owner to avoid this service at all cost. Stay Away!

worst experience dealing with them. They had my business listed as an auto body shop not an auto repair shop it took multiple attempts to get them to change it and they still never did. After several attempts to cancel my service they kept implying that I keep them even after I said I didn't want their services. They are by far one of the worst marketing companies to deal with they talk a big game but have no way at all to back it up! I would never recommend them for anything.
The sale woman was very clear and supporting , and took her time to explain me all the steps I'll be going through.. if it's will improve my business than i'll know if your company standing behind the promises or not.

Theoretically it could work. The reality is that they have poor customer service and they don't listen to what I ask them to do... It is relatively cheap at first, but after a few months it adds up. By the end of almost a year, you don't have what you want, and you've paid enough to get a professional service done by someone you can see face to face. Save the money and pay for a REAL person. Perhaps the staff mean well, but the system does not...

Dont hire 411 Locals. I signed up with them and they were working on my profile but never finished it let alone had my approval on it all. My concern was that where i live i dont work in that area so i wanted to cover those areas that i do work in. They said they would look into it and get back to me. I told them if i cant have those areas i dont want there service. Never heard back from them so i assumed it wasnt going to happen. But then a month later they took the fee from my bank account. I called them but wouldn't refund my money!!Total scam. Dont hire them

I signed up with this company 3 months ago. When I found out that they built another website for my business, which by the way will de-rank you on Google, I decided to cancel. I found out then that they had hijacked my Google listing by making a fake gmail account using the name of one of my staff members, setting up a duplicate business account, filing the duplicate with google, then asking that staff member to give herself access to the google listing using the tricky gmail they made with her name. She tried to access that gmail thinking it was hers. Then we tried to get access to the account via the forgot password only to find they made a fake yahoo account in her name as well for the password recovery. Needless to say, this company is full of fraudulent ways and will not relent when you try to cancel, nor will they release my business listing.

Word to the wise, if you do decide to go with this company, it is an arduous process to undo this decision. 90 minutes and 4 different conversations about the same thing to FINALLY get them to cancel my account. Their customer service is aggressive to near bully status. Not only do they speak to you as if you don't know what you're doing, they keep contacting you MONTHS after to get you to re-sign up with more perks for free. Do yourself a favor, find a local company in your area who does the same thing. Support a local business who really understands your business and client market. I gave them 2 stars because I don't know if their product really boosted my company or not, so I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt. I have actually gotten busier since I started managing my own online presence.

So I told him that I haven't seen or heard anything from 411 locals. Once he took me to the website that they been doing for me, my jaw dropped. Now I know why they haven't contacted me. Looks like all they have been doing is working on my page. The web page looks real professional, and has all the key words that I was looking for. There are some things we need to go over, but that is normal for anyone building you'r sight. Greg might come off a little strong at first, but he is definitely doing his job and doing it right.
