This company has called me frequently and I finally asked to be put on the Do Not Call list. To do this, I asked to be transferred to a manager (her name was Serena) so I can assure to get on that list. She asked me if she could ask a few more questions and instead, I requested Can you put me on your Do Not Call list. She didn t hear me (supposedly), so she asked me to repeat myself. So I said the same exact phrase in a raised tone and slower to ensure she understood me.

Then with a HEAVY attitude in her voice, she replied if you don t want to be called, then why did you ask to be transferred? And I told her I wanted to make sure I communicated with a higher up so I could make sure I wasn t going to be called again. And she replied, Okay... thanks anyway (again with an exasperated attitude) and hung up.

I think other people you are calling would appreciate it much more if your managers would show better customer service by being more polite with their tones rather than sounding irritated when someone they were trying to make their client politely asks to be taken off their call list.
