Spare yourself the trouble. All they do is set up your google listing and then tell you you're on "the first page of google" but that's not why I'm even writing this. I just tried to cancel and after I was bounced around to 3 different departments they made me talk to a "senior account rep" who tries to convince you to stay with a bunch of scripted "sorry to see you go i cant believe it" lines. They will ask you a hundred questions and find any loophole they can to get you to continue service. A good company shouldn't have to work so hard for customer retention. Awful experience, save your time. During the call rep told me "they wouldn't want me back as a customer". when one of my employees tried to cancel yesterday they told him that cancelling will cause hardship on his family. Incredibly unethical company with awful brute force retention tactics. BAD!
