What f***in joking. Blows my mind on how ridiculous it is to get anything done. I'm gunna keep this pretty short, because I'm tired of wasting all my time with them(the company as a hole). (Brief info. not nearly all of it.) From just trying to get one thing changed on the website to have to listen to sale reps for close to hours, to the last part of canceling and transferring my domain name. So far its taken 2 weeks and its still not done. I've had to call into host gator back to 411 about 5 times a day ever sense both claiming its always the other company that needs to do something. it is obvious that once they are done selling and I say no that I don't mater any more and not cared about when trying to get my domain name back. I ran into a problem with a employee getting mad at me when trying to get my domain transferred(I'm very patient believe it or not by the view). Most of every one though was nice and trying to be helpful, but something's screwed up with upper management. The problems never ended. Oh, and I had 1 phone call for the 4 months I was with them. Paul Cruz, Trinity, Clare thank you for your help, I know known of this was your fault, but I had way to many problems with the company.
