411 locals is a complete scam. They pride their business on that $1 start up. DON'T TRUST THEM. They lied to us. They will tell you one thing and do another. Jessica just spoke with me about cancellation. After extensive conversation . they are lying and telling us we have a 60 day past due balance when in fact we don't. They lied to us and told us that we needed two ad pages for one business when we moved because they were too lazy to transfer. They lied to us and told us they would waive the fee for our second page(per their mistake) . I heard the employees in the background laughing at us saying, "they're calling back again." Jessica called back after explaining that our $150 monthly payment had been increased to $175 to cancel. She left a voicemail saying that instead of owing the $175, we also owe an additional $150 because we are supposedly 60 days past due. Our bill was due on Nov. 5, 2017. They are liars, do not trust them.
