I had a few issues in the beginning with 411 Locals....but then Ericka, a supervisor or lead there...has been absolutely AMAZING FOR US! Her constant contact every month and patience with my company has well exceeded what I expected! Any and all issues I had were INSTANTLY corrected, or fixed on my web site page within no time. As it stands now....I couldn't be happier with the representation of my company with my own web site through 411 Locals. My business has increased in the last year since using this company for our web site. The optimization has been very good too!
