Well I personally have had to deal with this company trying to get a customers domain released and the customer service is awful, hold times are terrible, something that takes 30 secs has taken two weeks and hrs of phone time from myself and GoDaddy to resolve the issue. How are they a Google partner is a complete mystery. The domain was being moved because they failed to service my new customers website while he was their customer... Highly recommend you avoid them at all costs!!
