I had the pleasure of working with Matt Kelchner for my first mortgage. He was amazing! Very informative and made sure to explain everything in terms I could understand. The whole process can be overwhelming but they make sure to simplify it as much as possible. He was so helpful through out the whole process and was available anytime I needed. He always responded quickly and made sure I was 100 informed before I signed anything. Very great full for their service. If I ever purchase another home I would definitely go with them. I also recommended them to any one especially first timers!

Shelley Martin at Suburban Mortgage saved my home purchase scenario at the last minute when the investor pulled out on funding my type of loan, due to the current, virus stressed environment. When I say "last minute" Shelley found out about the investor issue on the day before I was supposed to close escrow. Shelley jumped into the situation, kept me informed, found a new investor/lender for my purchase and we closed the next day, on time with no issues! Not just any loan person/company could pull this off in such a professional and knowledgeable manner, all with keeping me from spinning out of control! I recently refinanced my house and used Jennifer Dziak-Turner at Suburban Mortgage. This is the third time I used her for my mortgage needs...the other two were new home purchases. Jennifer and her team are outstanding and I highly recommend them. They are always on top of everything and look for alternatives when there are challenges outside the norm. All three times were great experiences and I would not go anywhere else.

I can't say enough good things about Jheri at Suburban Mortgage. She was able to analyze our 12 years old loan structure - from back when we did not have good credit - and helped us through some options as we stressed over whether to refinance and remodel or just purchase a new home. We decided to stay put on our large cul de sac lot, consolidate a first and a second and pull out enough to remodel kitchen, bath, and flooring. She helped walk us through the appraisal process, which I had been needlessly worried about, and was just really comfortable and knowledgeable to work with.
