This team was fantastic from start to finish. After finally finding a home I closed in less than 25 days. They were well prepared and only needed a few updated documents from me and kept me on track through the my portal site. The process was very transparent and easy to load files. No SURPRISES at all and made it stress free. Shelly, Debbie and Kari were professional with a GREAT sense of humor, I believe this was loan number 4-5 with this team and have worked with them even when the market was not that easy to work with!
