Shelley Martin at Suburban Mortgage saved my home purchase scenario at the last minute when the investor pulled out on funding my type of loan, due to the current, virus stressed environment. When I say "last minute" Shelley found out about the investor issue on the day before I was supposed to close escrow. Shelley jumped into the situation, kept me informed, found a new investor/lender for my purchase and we closed the next day, on time with no issues! Not just any loan person/company could pull this off in such a professional and knowledgeable manner, all with keeping me from spinning out of control!
