Initially, we bought the X500 Blue Laser and were excited because it looked and felt like a quality built and well-designed product, so we spent the extra money. At first everything looked great. However, the first one lasted less than 6 months. After calling Wintergreen they did sent a replacement after a long discussion on usage. We used this for 2-3 hours per night as accent lighting in our backyard. Evergreen describes usage as seasonal, which in my eyes means just over the holidays for the price seems ridiculous, I expected much more. The second one that we used much less, only when we have company over in our backyard and again it only lasted about 6 months. We have not even got over a second Christmas with two laser lights. Customer service says they honor a 90-day warranty, so save your money and buy much a cheaper item.

Bought wintergreen brand m5 70 light icicle lights. M5 70 Light string stretched ALL the way TIGHT barely meets measurement given in the description. For such short length it has UGLY plastic cylinder shaped 3 inch tubes every foot or so. Couple icicle strings wire were already unwound out of the package. Bought 13 packs, For monies spent, I had way higher expectations.

We had a terrible experience with Wintergreen recently. Emailed customer service twice, with no reply. Website said it would be shipped on 11/10. On 11/17, still no shipment. We told them several times that we needed the stuff before Thanksgiving. Talked to the sales manager who didn't seem to care, did little to nothing to expedite the shipment, and now we are really between a rock and a hard place for community tree lighting. I'd shop elsewhere if you want good customer service.
