We worked with Heidi Ferraro for refinancing and she was absolutely awesome. Heidi was very thorough and had very thoughtful questions concerning our needs to refinance. She was always available for questions even on a weekend and she always walked you through the steps giving reasons for each process if we didn't understand something.
