I had the tremendous pleasure of working with Kelsey for my home mortgage. She made the process so fast, smooth and easy and was extremely communicative throughout the entire process. She and her team were exceptionally patient, working with me on a couple of deals that fell through before finally securing my purchase. She did a fantastic job of locking in a great interest rate too and worked directly with my realtor to make sure I got the biggest deal. I highly recommend Suburban Mortgage!

Wendy was absolutely amazing. She was on top of providing updates from the underwriters and their requests from us. She didn't hesitate to upload our documents. She drove to meet me for a live signature to keep us on track for closing. If we chose to buy another home we will be going through Suburban Mortgage again.

Highly recommend Suburban mortgage. Robyn was fabulous to work with. She was able to get us a pre-qual letter late on a Sunday night so we could get our offer approved. And she communicated frequently during the process and was always there to answer questions, even on weekends. What a great experience.

Robyn and the team at Suburban Mortgage are amazing. We would never use anyone else again and this is our second mortgage with Suburban. Our service was better than expected both times and in fact, we were shocked at the level of care we received, not once, but twice! I call Robyn all the time to discuss smart moves with our houses and money and she has been spot on every time! We love her!!!

My husband and I worked with Suburban Mortgage and Jheri in particular throughout our entire home buying process. First, I cannot say enough good things about Jheri and all she did along with the company. This was the best and most stress free home buying experience. I really dreaded going through it, but Jheri really was amazing. She walked us through beginning to end and even helping us improve our scores to get the best possible deal and she worked so hard for us. Jheri is such an amazing person to work with. Everything was easy and so smooth that we could have even closed early if we had liked. Everything literally went off without a single hitch. I highly recommend Jheri and Suburban Mortgage.

Suburban Mortgage is the absolute best mortgage company in Arizona! Hands down! I have purchased 2 homes through them and each one was such a pleasant and easy process. The most recent was exceptionally smooth. Chantelle our loan officer is a Rockstar! She made it enjoyable and was really working in our best interest. She fought to get us the best rate possible, was very professional and communicated everything to us during every step! The whole team did an outstanding job helping my Wife and I obtain our dream home! Thank you all so much!

I have used Suburban Mortgage twice in the past 4 years to buy to homes. The first experience went about as expected but nothing exceptional or noteworthy. The second mortgage was a completely different story. Much like one of the other negative reviews on Yelp we missed the original closing date due to an over-aggressive estimate by the loan offer on the time required to close. Our loan officer estimated we could be done in 3 weeks but in reality it took 8. Granted we had a complex situation we were dealing with but a straight up rookie move on the part of the loan officer not affording any time to handle the complex loan. So we found another house and begrudgingly decided to stay with Suburban since we were already pot committed in terms of time investment. In retrospect I wish we had changed companies as closing was a nightmare. Between the inept title company and Suburban's complete lack of organization we ended up signing with a mobile notary on a Sunday afternoon but nobody had taken the time to go over the documentation package and brief us on what we signing. Since this is not my first rodeo I was able to catch errors and omissions in the documentation and when I reached out to our loan officer she pretty much blew me off and I was told I can either sign or we will lose this house too.

Melissa Diamond is one in a million when it comes to exemplary personal customer service. We ll start there.

We started our mortgage shopping and house hunting process in January and finally closed on our home purchase in June. From the very first in-person consultation we felt very comfortable with Melissa. Mortgages are complicated. She took all the time we needed to explain everything in detail. We told her we had to do our due-diligence and explore other mortgage options such as Credit Union, a competing mortgage lender, and our own bank. Melissa wasn t phased or put- off one bit. She simply reiterated the benefits of doing business with Suburban and let us do our thing.

When we had our meeting with the competing mortgage lender, he was more interested in texting with his wife than giving us his undivided attention. We left that meeting just shaking our heads. There was no way he was going to earn our business. The Mortgage Officer at our own bank (one of the biggies) didn t seem too interested and used tactics reminiscent of a used-car salesman. No thanks. Finally, the Credit Union lender told us he couldn t compete the terms put forth by Suburban. He actually recommended we take their deal. At the end of the day Melissa at Suburban had set the bar very, very high.

Sparing all the details, let s just say our mortgage process had a lot of moving parts. Melissa handled everything with finesse and grace. To say she has patience is an understatement. Throughout our 6-month process Melissa answered every question we had, in detail, whether via phone call, text, or e-mail, and did so promptly even though she was buried with re-fi s and other clients mortgage apps. Nothing she said was remotely untrue so there were no surprises at closing.

If you re looking for a Mortgage Lender that s honest, knowledgeable, professional, and exudes integrity and top-notch business ethics Suburban Mortgage is for you. I m sure the other Mortgage Officers within Suburban s company are great as well but our experience with Melissa was just over the top awesome. Melissa exceeded our expectations and we will highly recommend her as the opportunities present themselves.
