We had an excellent experience with SMI! As first time home buyers with challenged credit, they instructed us what needed to be done and once it was done Heidi Was with is every step of the way. Heidi and her team were great from start to finish and worked round the clock to get us approved through the VA. We will absolutely come to them the next time we want to refinance or purchase a new home. They are amazing and we could not be happier!
