This company is the absolute epitome of terrible customer service. Upon transferring from ClinicSource to a new EMR system, the staff has been completely unhelpful, incompetent, ineffective, misguided, and apparently unintelligent. We have contacted them on multiple occasions in order to retrieve our backup files and they have repeatedly told us that they were able to access the information without any regard for actually assisting us in the problem at hand. Also, when we informed them that we would be switching to a new EMR system and asked for temporary access to our files/system, they tried to get us to sign a new contract and informed us that we would have to pay a cancellation fee once our temporary access was deemed enough. I would never recommend this service to ANY therapist who is looking to begin a relationship with ClinicSource due to their lack of professionalism and their general lack of respect. We have been clients of theirs for years and we are so disappointed that this is how our relationship will end. Once again, to any therapist who is considering this service, let me caution you from making this decision. They are the absolute worst in the business.
