Dockside Inn

Do yourself a favor and DO NOT stay at this hotel. You are only allowed one parking pass per room, the carpets are absolutely disgusting, the sheets weren t even clean, the rooms smell musty like mold is growing, the pool was not maintained and here s the kicker: you aren t allowed to have guest in your room. The security literally made my sister leave my room because she wasn t sleeping there and guests aren t allowed to hang out. We were not loud, no one was drinking, we weren t disturbing anyone.. we were literally hanging out in the room trying to figure out what our plans for the night was going to be. The security guard pretty much stalked us the entire night and followed us around like we were little kids. We also rented a dock space for the boat..hahah. Our boat was the ONLY boat there and the dock master was arguing with us because we accidentally roped off and parked in the spot next to the spot that was ours. She told us we have to move our boat over even though the spot we were in was not rented out. This new dock doesn t have any cleats to tie to so that s inconvenient . You aren t allowed to fish off the dock. I have another kicker for you- you can t have drinks on the dock. I m not lying when I say we were taking sodas and waters off the boat to bring to our room and the security guard was literally yelling at us for having drinks on the dock. We weren t sitting there drinking them, which he knows because he was watching us. We just wanted to take them to the room. Needless to say, they called the cops on us because my sister, parents and a friend came by the hotel to say hi and hung out too long. They did not refund us for the following night since we booked the hotel for weekend.
