I had a chair that I thought was on hold for me for my husbands birthday. When I called, the owner said there was someone in the chair at that moment and that they may want to buy it. I was horribly upset because I thought is was on hold for me. I said she knew I wanted to buy it and I have the credit card to pay right now over the phone. She asked the person while we were on the phone telling this customer that "this was the person I was telling you" about and rudely told me this other person wanted to buy it and sold it out from under me. I felt it was very wrong and I am now scrambling to find this gift for my husband now last min. BAD customer service is very sad to me!!!!
