Pat and Josh, WES technicians came out to service the heat pump and check out the furnace. In the meantime; Cary their supervisor came to the job site as well. I got some excellent suggestions from Cary and Pat in regard to the air duct flow situation in my basement since I had a split level home. All in all; Pat, Cary and Josh were friendly; patient and extremely helpful. Thanks for a great job!
