We bought our chairs a couple years ago when I was having terrible pain in my neck and shoulder area. We are tax preparers and I was dreading having to sit in my current chair for hours on end in the months of our busy season coming up. I was desperate for a solution.
We worked with a male associate there who was super knowledgeable in ergonomics (which I knew nothing about). He really helped me! Especially the part about when your head is forward you are adding pounds of pressure to your neck! He helped me pick a chair and taught me how to sit ergonomically. He really took time with me and I appreciated that. We didn't buy that day because it was such a commitment financially. But in the end we decided to get two chairs, one for me and one for my husband. It was the best decision and money we ever spent on a chair. We have used them for two tax seasons (going on our third) and don't have the fatigue we use to have. I also taped the ergonomic position card on my computer screen to remind me of how to sit better.
I also want to point out their warranty program, it is awesome! Last year my piston wasn't working correctly. They told me to bring in the chair and they would fix it while I waited. I didn't have to produce proof of purchase or anything they just took care of me because they remembered me! Yesterday I brought in my arms because the fabric was cracking. I thought it was leather but actually it was vinyl. The owner replaced them while I waited with beautiful leather arm covers and they did it while I waited! I love their product AND their customer service!
