Cynthia provides outstanding customer service. She took plenty of time to ensure that I received the ergonometric chair that fit my exact needs. The exact custom chair that I ordered came in a few weeks. Cynthia not only lent us a loaner chair from the time the order was placed until the ordered chair arrived, but came herself to set me up properly in the chair in my home. Can't ask for better customer service.
