I had a very good experience with the Service Department at Showcase Windows. Ashley Miller went out of her way to help me replace a discontinued 200 series window that they did not have in stock. Ashley was polite and professional and stuck with me till the end, you don't see that a lot these days!
They make a really nice windows for the price point, and they provide me with quick responsive service, if and when I have warranty issues.
I have owned these windows for 10 years now and the operate the same as when brand new. Only issue is the insulator bead coming apart between the glass. No air leaks yet though. Am building another home and will probably use these windows again.
