The plan reviewer, an older gentleman, was extremely rude. He rejected a plan set I submitted. When I asked why, he shoved the plans in my face and said what do you see? I was so taking aback and didn t say anything. After that, he proceeded to accuse me of lying about the project value. I told him I could provide proof but he insisted I was lying. It was so bizarre and unnecessarily rude.
Anon A. Miss your review is to the wrong department, sidewalks are regulated by Public Works, not Planning or Building Departments. Additionally, if the sidewalks are in the City limits, you will want to contact the City of Greeley, not the County. I hope that is helpful :)
Are you the ones responsible for the dangerously unkept sidewalks? It must be a nightmare for handicapped people to get around this city. Also, why are cars allowed to park across the sidewalks without being ticketed? How are people allowed to turn their sprinklers on to wheelchair users, and pedestrians without repercussions? Why are there *huge* gaps in the sidewalks, on roads with no bike lanes, or other safe access for handicapped/cyclists/pedestrians?
