Terrible experience with Showcase Windows. We HAVE made attempts to contact them to give them the opportunity to make things right. (The store manager sent two emails, and we sent one but received no response.) Our only recourse is to try to warn other customers to stay away.
Our windows were installed before we noticed a problem with the windows sagging. The Showcase tech came out and admitted they were constructed incorrectly the shims had not been placed in the correct spot. Showcase did take the windows back and refunded our money, but we had to pay our framer to have them removed and the new ones (not Showcase windows) replaced. It ended up costing an extra couple thousand dollars (and held up our construction progress.) We feel that we, the customer, should not have to absorb those additional costs due to a manufacturing mistake and obvious lack of quality control on the part of Showcase.
We would love to hear back from Showcase to discuss...
