I'm changing my rating to a 4 star from a 1 star because he took the time to fix this matter. My 4 star is due to my windows being late, windows being wrong and the time frame to fix one window. Plus the headache of this matter. )
his has been a horrible experience buying windows from this company . My windows were a week past due. When the windows showed up 2 of them were wrong. They ended up not billing me for 2 months . Once the bill came through they over charged me 600+ dollars. Dorothy told my installer she'd refund the money but now she won't return any of are calls. It's best to avoid this company ! I will be contacting the better business bureau today.
