We ordered some spaghetti carbonara and carbonara salmone and it tasted great. They also prepare it at the moment in front of you.

Very nice and quiet place.

The system is different, they give you a card when you enter, you have to go to the counter you want to order the plate you want and when they give it to you you have to put the card in a reader and the cook puts what you have ordered.

When you leave you give your card and you already pay what you have consumed.

The 2 pasta dishes and 2 small waters 25.

Delicious food at normal prices
Unfortunately, the tomatoes in my salad were so cold that they were almost frozen. As a result, you had no taste. But I still like to come back

You stand in line forever, the cooks prepare the food. I just love to and in the end you pay as much as with your regular Italian ...

Next time I'll go a few blocks further to the L Osteria.
The food is comparable there, but at least you save yourself the long queuing.

I think the concept of Vapiano is exhausted.

I do not like the concept of Vapiano. It feels like being in a canteen. There are people on every corner and you feel rushed. I feel uncomfortable there.

The food in VAPIANO is delicious. I just miss the comfortable sitting. The stools and benches are uncomfortable, unsuitable for longer sitting.
Too bad. In Chicago and Stuttgart you sit much better than in Hamburg or Cologne ....

The first and last time I will eat here . This is no restaurant , its a canteen. An insult to good Italian food. Sunday late afternoon fewer than 20 customers , slow kitchen service . Imagine this place full , no one would cope .

Had een decent pasta here. I am not super with the formula because you have to stand at the kitchen en waite quite long but yeah the price is good because of that so that's good.

Was eating there today. No child noodles available. Supposedly no cola in the pasta area. Later it turned out: in the other pastabereichen and at the bar readily available. In addition, staff unbelievably unfriendly. Get upset about the general working conditions, and those who are fed up with everything and finish work at 9 o'clock. "No matter what happens here".

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend the branch. The service was very slow and not very friendly. It took us over 15 minutes to get a menu. It wasn't very crowded. The drinks continued slowly. The next table couldn't stand it and drank its own water. Some of my food was already cold and our starter was forgotten. On the whole, the visit was not exactly nice.

Very nice place, I recommend to visit that restaurant.

The spaghetti carbonara was delicious, unfortunately it was very busy on Friday afternoon, waiting 15 minutes until it could be ordered at all.

Pizza station lost the plot, badly trained staff waited over 90 mins for a pizza before we left without it, over all very disappointed. Great concept and the pasta and salad stations looked to be working well

Well located, looks great from the outside and inside, as you are used to from Vapiano. The team behind the counter was in a really good mood, which really rubbed off on the guests.
The noodles were great, I felt comfortable.

Always great to be there and with the large selection of dishes, it never gets boring.
There is a star deduction for the somewhat unstructured kind. This time we had to wait a long time for our food and then it wasn't the right thing. But it happened to us the first time.

Fresh homemade pasta, delicious, restaurant clean and friendly service

Waiting time in spite of quite empty shop over 30 minutes with pizza - we ordered two pizzas, one came after 10 minutes, the other after 35. That does not meet my expectations.

Underground cooking performance, the pasta Bolognese was horrible. Like any Vapiano store, too loud. For the prices you can also go to an Italian.

Unfortunately, only one bar occupied .... food gets cold ..... and toilets all totally dirty. Too bad. It was better.

This is one of favorite places to eat in Hamburg. I love the way the space is designed and allows you to try different things each time and enjoy with your friends. In addition, the food has flavors and fresh herbs. Nothing against German cuisine, extremely bland so was a quite welcomed.

Can you do it, if you want to go fast. The prices are not overwhelming, the food is ok, freshly prepared.

Nice dynamic atmosphere, good Italian food for a decent price. Tomato soup is a must, taste sensation.

Made to order pastas and pizza. You walk up and order and watch the cooks put together your order. Fresh pasta and dough. Fresh basil. Tasty food. Open seating which means that you might share a table with others. You can feel the energy of the place!

It was a very cheeky and outrageous staff. The food took 40 minutes to finish. Just a lot of work.

The inventor of the Vapiano concept is awesome. Better you can not get it to generate a lot of revenue with little staff. For groups or the quick lunch break okay. Show kitchen, own pasta making and the pizza maker also good, but I do not like queuing for my food. And it is not cheaper

I'm just for the pizza. Delicious and priced Fair. I think the noodles you can all make much cheaper and delicious home ... For in between times ok. But I would not go there planned to eat noodles.

Freshly prepared pizza and pasta in self-service. Unfortunately some rather long waiting times and quite ambitious prices. But the food tastes good.

I've been to Vapiano twice in a row at times that were not busy, and yet the staff at both the cooking station and the cash register were extremely rude. It does not help that the food is delicious if you are ignored and treated rude.

Service and price performance are unfortunately not in harmony.

Significantly rising prices over the years, shrinking portions, ever-worsening service. The loyalty program does not remain true to itself, so that one-if the card is accepted once-can be surprised by the 'advantages'. Tasty otherwise nothing to complain about!
