Been trying to get a simple rim insert for 5 months. Called 5 times and each time they say they will get back to me.
I know business and it isnt always perfect, im not a difficult person but this is beyond unprofessional

They were very good until a few months ago. Now, they never return call or complete quotes. So sad to watch them go down the tubes.
