Good and fast food that will keep you full for a long time. Variety of pasta and pizza is huge and food is being made in front of you

On recommendation I was there. Did not know the concept and found it somehow irritating. You do not have a tray to transport your food and drink, but you have to lug everything individually.

The pizza tasted nothing. For self service the not tasty food is quite expensive. There is also an uncomfortable device (who likes to sit on a stool without a backrest ?!), loud conversations and music.

Since I prefer to go to a much better and more comfortable Italians and let me serve.
No recommendation from me!

Terrible Vapiano unit from the franchise. When I went there, a lot of menu options were not available and a lot of rude employees. Vapiano in Hamburg ist terrible, unfortunately.

Super Vapiano! I love Vapiano no matter where! And this is super central! I can only recommend it, you can usually always find a place and it is on two levels. Great!!!

The inn is really tastefully furnished. No cheap decoration, but it was a lot of very nice color matched to each other. This restaurant has real potential to become my next favorite place. The waiter worked fast, clean and nice. For my part, I think, my friend and I have long since ordered the entire map up and down. The meal was brought up very promptly.

Nice place, not too expensive. I had a glutenfree pizza which was very good.

Good for a snack or drinks with friends or lunch. They are open until midnight during the week and also open on Sundays. Probably one of the only ones in the city centre. Plua you can take their food home. My favorite is their bruschetta pizza, which is very affordable (less than 9 ) and very fresh. Add some of their fresh basil and you have a delicious pizza. Wouldn't recommend for a nice special dinner.

For me it has more of Burger King than of a really atmospheric Italian. Otherwise okay.

The food was delicious, no question ... But --- too crowded and too loud. The Kidz 15+ on the phone, arguing loudly or just talking garbage, is almost like in the subway, only there it is actually quieter.
If you are 15+, with escort, but you have nothing to say anyway and therefore prefer to call, go to the Vapiano.

You get your food pretty fast, you can watch it while cooking and it tastes great too! Homemade pasta makes the dishes taste even better than other restaurants, where pre-purchased pasta and ready made sauces are used. Unfortunately, the ravioli is very small as the lasagna. But pasta and pizza are big enough and full!

Is the best Vapiano branch in Hamburg, employees are nice and the food tastes good, sometimes the lines are longer, but that's the city

Great self service restaurant where you are handed a card upon entry with which you go directly to select stations and order directly from the chefs and pay upon exiting the restaurant.

Unfortunately, the gentleman behind the bar was completely unable to deal with guests. He could not explain which teas to choose from, and I finally got a crumbly cup of lukewarm water with some tea in it.

Pretty nice shop and when we were on Sunday the first directly after opening, it was sooo nice empty. Afterwards it was getting fuller and then the usual station atmosphere sets in. Most of all, as LCler, I like Zoodles now.

Well the pizza for 10.50 was a feast for the eyes. Vegetables slapped wild on it and 1 lonely small pepperoni still flies around on it. Can you do better.
In Berlin Potsdamer Platz it tasted much better so only 3 stars.
Service force at the salad counter couldn't normally convey to me that I should order from Pizza-Pickup instead of from order. I was treated like a gypsy he does his antics at my expense so not bye bye

Friendly Staff, good basic Italian food. They cook the pastas and risottos right before your eyes and let you choose the ingredients. Could be a bit slow if the place is crowded, but was great for us as a family with a 1.5 year old.

Compared to the other branches of Vapiano in Hamburg it is by far the most beautiful. The price / performance ratio fits and especially in this branch is a quieter atmosphere. The seats in the upper part invite you to linger longer.

These were probably the worst noodles I ever had to eat. Including the one cooked by myself - that should mean something!

The place is nice to grab a quick lunch. Sometimes the service takes forever and then my hunger goes away. The people are nice and friendly and the service is good. To be honest I sometimes have to think twice before going to this place because of the lines.

I love it! the ambience is great even though you are not served or from late evening. the food was really excellent. So far I have tried all types of risotto and was very enthusiastic. even the Pomodore noodle
(you can choose the variety) are sensational. gladly again. and the location? at the water! there is a touch of holiday feeling when you sit there.

Everything fresh as expected from Vapiano. Bar is comparatively okay equipped. Moderate prices. Unfortunately mostly very full.

Vapiano given another chance today. Incidentally, it is now served at the table. However, it has unfortunately gotten worse: 1. The drinks came after the meal, even though I ordered an aperitif. 2. The noodles, which were explicitly ordered vegan, came with a mountain of cheese. 3. The substitute noodles were hot as hell, they tasted more like Arrabiata, even though Pomodoro was ordered. Conclusion: it is better to keep an eye on the cook, as in the past. It's disturbing that they can't be trusted. It's also unfortunate that, in my opinion, our criticism wasn't even interested in the service. Oh, and the toilets were dirty. It's a shame, Vapiano. Never again.

Regrettably, I speak only the German language (native speaker), fluent English, conversational French and spelling Spanish, so I could barely make myself understood on the pizza stall. There was also remarkably little effort to understand me.

Terrible self-service restaurant, subhuman, you have to wait 20 minutes to order a 0.33 cola, which costs just under 3 euros. Rand at Pizza partially burned and the staff is rude and can only partially speak German. The prices are so outrageous, just unbelievable, absolute non-recommendation!
