Cool people, loading and unloading fast. Can park on the street or there is McDonalds real close with a truck parking. Only bad thing is VERY tight docks. There is 5, if u get any from 1 to #3 u have to drop of the trailer so other drivers can park. Even then is kind of tight. Good luck

Friendly staff

Quick unloading
Parking super tight, if you have truck on your left side almost impossible to back in ,no space in the front at all
So don t feel shamed just wait when another truck on your left side move and easy and peaceful back up

One thing for trucker Here is no overnight parking before you check in park your truck on the street which is yellow line and walk through check in you will unload 30-40 minutes

First time here. I'm a bit early for check in, but I will say this, those commenting on being a bit tight to back in are not exaggerating. The docks are extremely tight to back in and worse if you have a long tractor. You need to drop your trailer after backing in to allow others to either back into their spot or pull their trailer out. The people are very friendly.
As for parking, street parking for commercial vehicles have restrictions. Know them before thinking of parking overnight on them: you cannot participate overnight on Vernon CA streets. If delivering on a Tuesday, no street parking between 2am and 6am. All other days no parking for commercial trucks between 2am and 4am.
There is a McDonald's about 1/2 a mile down the street with limited parking.
ATTN DRIVERS: IMPORTANT-DO NOT THROW YOUR TRASH ON THE STREETS OR IN THE McDonald's LOT. This is a sure way for the city and McDonald's to put further restrictions on us truckers. Show respect. Photo of what one drivers left behind on the street by Rancho Foods.
I strongly urge all drivers to report any trucker littering on the streets or at a shipper/receiver. Get rid of these type of drivers and see to it the city fines them and their company.

We delivered here and I have got to say, that for a small establishment, you can not beat the hospitality! There was a mix up in delivery dates, and when we arrived, we were met by a very genuinely pleasant soul, named Juan Carlos, who quickly got to work, to see what he could do, to fit us in anyway! We were not able to get unloaded, until the next day, but, day two, he was just as pleasant, and put us in first, for our wait! Thank you Juan, and Rancho Foods, for your happy, friendly customer service!

Love this place! Everyone is so nice. Just me in my Dodge Caravan picking up a bunch of meat to raw feed a bunch of ex-racing greyhounds. I squeeze my van in between semis at the loading docks & no one bats an eye at this manuver being above my skill set. The women in will-call are the best!

The people working here are awesome. As everyone else has already said, it s tight. Like, the pictures don t do it justice. Get there early and park on the street. I called around 0630(am) and was assigned a door before the morning rush showed up and inhabited the center lane. It s very tight in there but the folks seem to know that, and didn t allow more than two trucks in at a time. Quick to unload!
