Terrible time getting a human being and when you do they are not very friendly. They should review their entire department.

No answering and nobody to answer questions other than a bogus messenger

I need to access my tattoo license. I ve been doing tattoos professionally for 5 years. The least they can do is give me access to my application. My mentor wants to sign for my license, but they won t return my calls or emails. Just give me my application back. I do clean work and have invested my whole life into this career. I ve worked with and have been praised by incredible artists. I don t understand why they are doing this to me. I ve never been more disappointed in an organization. If I could give them negative stars I would. They have ruined the tattoo industry and have been devastating to my career. This is a terrible corrupt business. I do small, clean, vibrant tattoos that make people feel special and safe. Who are they to tell me If I can tattoo?

Contacted them for help with a corrupt dr. They do not care at all. They protect blood dr.s after all this is the insurance capital. Pathetic. This doctor that wronved me and 100's others is still out there destroying lives. Lying and falsifying and mis-misrepresenting people injuries so they do not get the help they need. What do you people even do? Because you're not protecting the people.

In the past, there were some problems dealing with DPH, I will admit. However, recently with the changing of the laws for estheticians and other spa professionals, I have to give them five stars! They have a massive undertaking with all of the different laws that have been passed. They re trying very hard to do their jobs well and they are appreciative of input as well. I want to thank them for all the time, information and assistance they have given me. People should understand that this department has to oversee many different professions, most of which they really don t know a great deal about. It s important to give them the information they need to work with as well. Also, you will not get anywhere by attacking someone.(or department)
I appreciate in life most people are doing the best they can with what they have to work with....
We should all try to do our part to give what we can to support, be patient, respectful and remember this is a massive undertaking for this department.

I d like to personally thank the worker that came into my job this weekend and got me fired during a global pandemic. Sincerely, thank you. Single mom barely making ends meet. Does it make sleep good at nights knowing that?

I wish ZERO stars was an option. No humans work there. The robot answering machine rattles of a list of nobody-options for why I am calling.
Trying to report WALGREENS for refusing a vacation override due to a FUNERAL out of the country. It's only (3) days early & my doctor filled out all the paperwork to make it happen. They just said, "the pharmacist has decided you can't have it until 3/14/19".
OUR TAXES pay the salaries of these inept, overpaid, state employees. Thanks for not responding to my online complaint form from 3 months ago. I emailed them about something else and guess what? ZERO RESPONSE! Corrupt Connecticut cares little about the people. Can't take medical mj products out of the country either so they are leaving me with no medication at all.

The titled of this ad is misleading. I called the number given by this ad looking for immunization info and reached the practitioners license department. After listening to a long list of departments I was left with no option to speak to a human being. This sucks!

Terrible service. No body help. Terrible machine. No more giod service.

Today I traveled to the CT Department Of Health. This branch of state is by far the absolute worst. The people are rude, dismissive without question. You are not allowed to see anyone. Instead they refer you to a phone number to a long waiting list to call back. I beleave bassed off my experience this company should be audited. Just another showing on how the state runs crooked companies to fill the pockets of those who do not work but reel in tax payers money. Avoid if at all posible.

Due to COVID, DPH only "responding" via emails. When they answer emails it takes ONE MONTH for replies good luck. I've been waiting 2 months for them to send my aprooval to test for my nursing board exam. You'd think they want RNs to start as soon as possible....

The Department of Public Health is quite terrible. Medicinal cannabis is legal in Connecticut. When a racist doctor accused me of "abusing" a medical necessity, the DPH let him get away with it. Good and innocent people are being tortured in hospitals, and the DPH does nothing about it.

Let me start off by saying they are the worst . If you have to deal with them good luck and expect to loose your mind. They never answer their phones and even after waiting on hold they eventually hang up on you. If you need assistance with something that the website can t help with enjoy getting no further help then an email of someone getting paid to literally redirect you to the website finally after weeks of calling and contacting I get an actual person who was so rude and wouldn t stop talking over me and cutting me off. These people literally get paid to be rude to you and shove the website at you. That s the only thing they know how to do so good luck with your sanity
