I love the service and the fact that team members know me by name. This makes me feel like part of a community and reaffirms my support for small businesses. Even though I have a bike shop 5 minutes away from my location, I am willing to make the drive to Pasadena Cyclery to enjoy their service.

I recently brought my Canyon road bike in for brake bleed and tuneup. A few weeks later the gears needed a slight adjustment and they were able to turn this around right away. I wouldn't hesitate to bring one of my bikes back to this shop and knowing that it's family run is even better.
