This is a friendly and very helpful bike shop we are fortunate to have in the Pasadena CA area. The staff is most knowledgeable on all the bikes they carry and have been a valuable source of information for the safe operation, adjustment and maintenance of my bikes. I've purchased 5 bikes from them over the years, upgrading as my proficiency and fitness has improved. The only minor complaint is that because they are so popular in the area it sometimes takes an appointment to have your bicycle serviced in a reasonable time.
