I've been very happy with customer service at Pasadena Cyclery. Honest & helpful every time I go there. A great family style business. I got a "Bike Fit" there last year and it made a massive difference for comfort on long rides. Mechanic advise and service has been solid too. Long live the local bike shop! Thanks!
