The people of Pasadena Cyclery are very knowledgable, patient, and customer oriented. The bike mechanics there are extremely thorough, service-oriented, and take their time diagnosing and repairing any "ailment" your bike may be suffering from. Mike P. saw to it that my old 2007 Specialized FSR Comp Pro was finely tuned and ready to hit whatever I threw at it. Definitely going to buy my next road bike there, to which their prices are very competitive to other shops in the area. Glad I've found a new "home" for bike servicing.
