I was helped by Rich on 2 of our older bicycles with replacing some tires and working on brake alignments and basic tune ups. Rich was helpful and explained everything and got our bikes completed within 1 day, which was very fast considering the amount of customers they had in there that weekend.

I appreciate them getting our bikes back to working shape and also notice they sell a lot of nice new bikes as well. If I had to shop for one Pasadena Cyclery would be a recommendation.

Good amount of front and back parking as well makes it easy to get in and out.
