I had never used Pasadena Cyclery before but I was in need of a Park tool for installing my bike s cassette onto my trainer that I recently purchased. The part I ordered had to be shipped from the warehouse even though it showed as in stock on the website. I sent an email inquiring about this and was given multiple options to get the item sooner. Upon going to the store, we realized that a separate cassette for my trainer was a better option and I was taught some how to s on getting my bike both on and off the trainer. These guys were great and went above and beyond to ensure I got everything I needed. Will definitely come back to support them in the future!!
