A few hiccups with cleaning and the valet (hence, lack of 2 stars) but staff were very polite, helpful, and were great with their customer service. All-you-can-eat breakfast no so good; order one main meal and then the little things like croissants and salads were the all-you-can-eat.

From the moment we pulled up the valet service was friendly and helpful. The reception staff were the staff and made our check in smooth as well as offering an upgrade for a larger room.

Restaurant staff and bar staff were the same. Meal packages were good value and offering good variety as well...

The location was great - so close to everything. The room was clean and nicely decorated - comfy bed and modern appliances (including a phone from which you could control all the lights in the room!). The staff were friendly. The rooftop bar was great and the bartender really knew what he was doing.

Poor room service - cold takeaway food delivered without napkins or cutlery and a bottle of wine delivered than was already open and half empty. Staff seemed young, disinterested and careless. Otherwise, it was a clean room and good location.
