Overcharged for the room. I had been told on check-in the room was paid for. When I rang about being charged, I was lied to and told it would be reimbursed that day. It still has not been. Disappointed to be lied to.

It should not take 3 days to fix hotel theft. Would advise caution with your credit card at this place.
