Great service from check in to check out, nothing is a problem and position on Queen St Mall great.

Beautiful environment but the outdoor area was a little small and cramped.

So nice, quiet, great view from the roof and even the restaurant. Delicious food - staff aren't very knowledgeable on alcohol or sauces apparently, don't know the difference between medium and rare or Dijon and whole grain.

Tech lovers Nirvana. Everything that opens and shuts - fully Smart TV with casting capabilities (although it was a bit delayed), streamed movies, a smart phone and app to do pretty much anything. The chair at the desk was fabulous and the Level 4 facilities are beyond par - they even have pods for a quick sleep, printing, Apple Macs and a huge lounge for ... whatever you want really. But the best was the four free bar fridge items. Much appreciated. The location is perfect. Only downer is having to pay for parking which hiked the price up considerably. I'd definitely stay again.

Excellent location, perfect facilities and amazing value. The technology is the most advanced in a hotel, you can control all aspects of the room like lighting, TV and temperature with the provided Samsung Galaxy S4 - or if you don't feel like it, you can also controlled it manually... the four free complimentary drinks from the mini bar were a great welcome.

Stayed for a drink at the bar. Great looking hotel and nicely looked after. Bar was gorgeous and had a good assortment of drinks. Would visit again.

I think it's easily the best hotel I've stayed at in Brisbane. The wi-fi is fast and free, and you get four free mini bar items per day. It's quite handy to grab a bottle of water for free before heading to work. Valet parking is also very good and they'll get your car in position so you can leave straight away.

Outstanding! Rooms are superb! Very classy and have very cool features. Staff and awesome! Pool and terrace bar is a great place to have an afternoon drink!

Bar was very expensive, but the room was nice and helpful customer service.
