I showed Stew and Kristin a photo of the necklace that I desired for my wife. Stew went to NYC and showed me three similar necklaces. I picked the desired necklace but needed it adapted. They did that. When my wife tried it on she felt it needed to be lengthened. They accommodated me, the necklace was beautiful and my wife loved it. They were so gracious and the work was performed impeccably.
Stu helped me with a ring. He was great and personal, he really cares about the relationship and not just a sale. Will definitely go to his store again for jewerly needs.

They helped my wife with multiple jewelry appraisals, some including sentimental value, cleaned all the jewelry, and repaired her wedding band (free from charge). They spent the time to asses each item and educated her on price value. The service throughout the entire process was fantastic! She has tremendous gratitude towards their customer service. Sadly, I trusted this jeweler with a ring that originally belonged to my grandfather, who was born in 1896. I needed the ring to be resized, with very explicit instructions NOT to polish off the patina. Sadly, the instructions were not followed, and this beautiful family heirloom will never be the same. And do you think they cared or apologized? I told them I'd never be back. Their reply? "Fine."
