Check in and check out were the most pleasant part of our stay. We were staying the night as we were attending a function at the hotel. The function was a disaster, the bar staff at the pool were rude - even rolling their eyes at me when I requested a bottle of champagne. My requested dairy free meal consisted Of meat and bread, no vegetables, no salad and I had to ask for a sauce....Our included breakfast saw me clear our table from the previous person and then having to wait for service to order our meal. Again the wait staff made us feel that they were not happy to be there. Please train your staff to smile and be polite, working in the hospitality industry is hard, but you don t need to make it unpleasant. After that experience, I don t think we will be back.
