The inspectors are representatives for the insurance company not an objective 3rd party and are instructed to “call it right, call it tight”, what this actually means is to call it in favor for the insurance company. In fact the office will literally change information in their reports before send...

Should be a negative 10. Inspector was Jeffery Merry which really had an attitude. Just a young immature kid. Was two hours late. When he arrived I asked him what his expertise was and he told me he was not here to discuss that. So he left without inspecting.

It should be a negative 5 star, this company is a prime example of what s wrong with the world. Big business found a way to get paid by pretending to assist in the claim process, the only people they assist in the process is the insurance companies.
These guys use false pretenses to say they ca...

Saw mixed reviews here, but my experience was pleasant. Our inspector was detailed and even called out things that weren t obvious. House ended up getting new roof, siding, and gutters because of a hail storm

If your insurance company tells you that either Ladder Now or Seek Now is going to be doing the visual inspection for the adjuster, ASK FOR A STAFF ADJUSTER! Tim Saylor was the inspector that I worked with. He was on time, working on a Sunday holiday weekend and extremely proficient and detailed. He worked on a challenging roof, moved quickly without cutting corners. Very respectful and listened to the homeowner's questions. Hope to work with him again.

For years, the insurance adjusting industry has been the same. Long claim time cycles and an overloaded claims amount for adjusters to keep up with. Claims can often take more than a month to cycle. Seek Now, formerly Ladder Now has changed the game. They offer the adjuster full inspections, Interio...

Insurance Carriers use this company for cheap denials. They claim to be unbiased yet they only work for Insurance Companies and they are competing for business with other 'ladder assist' companies. Basically if they dont inspect the roof how the adjusters wants, the adjusters can call other companie...

I believe the roofers are the real scammers who actually end up causing damage to your roof when they go up there without you to inspect. Then they come down from the roof and act like your roof is severely wind damaged. A local roofer where I live got caught doing this and he was sentenced to 10 ye...
