Insurance Carriers use this company for cheap denials. They claim to be unbiased yet they only work for Insurance Companies and they are competing for business with other 'ladder assist' companies. Basically if they dont inspect the roof how the adjusters wants, the adjusters can call other companies who will. How can you be unbiased when you depend on the carriers calling you for survival?

Also, they love to quote HAAG standards. The interesting thing about that is I've read many insurance policies (aka contracts) and not one has ever mentioned HAAG. So they are judging damage based of some 3 party standard that isnt enforced by the policy language. To me almost delegitimizes there inspections.

I've ran into some good inspectors. It's why I gave them two stars. I've ran into some bad ones too. Egomaniacs who think they know everything. Inspectors who think they are Adjusters, engineers. Contractors, meteorologists, etc. Proceed with caution and be ready to ask your agent for a reinspect.

Also be aware that they hire 1099 sub contractors to do the inspections. There inspectors are not even their own employees. Hopefully ladder now verifies there insurance cause it could bite ya in the a$$ if they dont and they get hurt. Maybe I'm wrong IDK just my opinion.
