It should be a negative 5 star, this company is a prime example of what s wrong with the world. Big business found a way to get paid by pretending to assist in the claim process, the only people they assist in the process is the insurance companies.

These guys use false pretenses to say they can get accurate adjustments done. The work they do could be done by instagram models who take better pictures with equal the education in their field of data capture .

Ladder now/Seek now are stealing from customers and the insurance company prefers it, otherwise why pay them? Denying claims is NOT a business unless the insurance companies make it one, shame on you all, so sad if the claim is justified!

Shame on anyone involved in this company and or for hiring this company.
