Tim Leatherman is a man of honestly and integrity. He will never stop improving the company and he's a personable humble guy. I broke one of my multitools and they replaced it no questions asked. I will only buy Leatherman multitools. They're also committed to keeping their manufacturing in Portland Oregon.

9.18.18 UPDATE: my Charge + TTi is now my EDC! I wanted the highest quality multi-tool ever made, so I got it. Previous review below is still true regarding the customer service at Leatherman; owning 10+ Leatherman multi-tools and an array of accessories, I finally needed to replace one of them, my Juice XE6. The bottle opener/wine opener snapped off. From me showing them what happened, to a brand new Juice XE6 in my hand, it took roughly 20 seconds. Unbelievable customer service and warranty, just like I knew and expected. Simply the best multi-tools made! They have the appropriate tool for all ages. Just find the one that suits your needs the best and you won't be disappointed. And the quality is second to none.
Worst customer service ever. Do not order directly from LM. I orders a bit extender for a Titanium Charge and a saw and diamond file for a Surge on Jan 18 @36$ of which 6$ was ups shipping for the 4 ounces of accessories. Tracking says my local PO received it on the 25th.Today is late the 29th and neither ups or usps knows where it's at and said LM needs to initiate an "investigation". After calling LMs non existent customer service twice and emailing twice, a very aggressive woman basically keeps telling me to pound sand(keep waiting). Looks like I'll need to get Mastercard involved on Monday.

I have been using LEATHERMAN SUPER TOOL since the 90's I start with Geber but when I found out about LEATHERMAN been loyal to great and very useful tool as a technician in the multifamily apartments is one the tool I carry on my belt 40 hours a day. If you are a Maintenance Tech is a must tool. I miss the sticker "I have a LEATHERMAN I can help"

I would quickly give 5star for the tool and its capability. I give it 2 simply for the person I spoke with on the phone . she could not have had a more matter of fact negative attitude. I ended the conversation not wanting a leatherman tool. Thanks ..
