Should have been a 0, but didn't have that option. WORST customer service ever! Went through several prompts in an attempt to pay my bill. Normally, I pay through the bank but had forgotten to pay. Had to make several calls. Some times I was cut off; other times there was no logical progression for the prompts. Because I didn't have an account number, I had to hang up, and call back and select another prompt. I pressed 0 when given that option and just heard the options repeated for #1-#5. This took 30 minutes or so. To my chagrin, I was only able to get a human when I lied and said I had a main break. Talked with representative who I found condescending and unresponsive. I asked to speak with her supervisor twice and was told it was not a supervisor concern. Also asked that she document my concern and report info to appropriate persons so that my concerns could be addressed and was told that she would listen to the system that works well, and that I was the problem. Finally asked for the address for the PSC so I could forward my own complaint. Told me I could check Water Company's website but when told I was at that site refused to help me find the reference. I am absolutely exhausted after that encounter! They know they have a monopoly and make no effort to provide even marginal service.
