Almost impossible to talk to a real person. Paid my bill over the phone using my checking account and received a confirmation number which I wrote down. I got a call today saying my account is overdue and in danger of being disconnected and a $30 fee added. Half hour of my life I will never get back. They said my account was no good. Same account I have used for 25 years. Must be nice to have a monopoly.

I think that instead of writing these reviews every single person needs to communicate with the major or governor of this city/state and we need to take this to their table. Went from a $200 bill that was too high already to a $412 bill. That is just stupid, I think we are getting scammed somehow by this company. I guess they free to do it since they run this monopoly and don't answer to anybody. They do as they want. This company needs federal inspection if that is a thing , I don't know, is kind of frustrating not being able to do anything against this. Again , please lets all contact the major or governor and ask them for help.

This is place should be shut down until all employees in customer services are replaced. The old lady that I spoke to does not know the meaning of customer service. When I asked her politely to let me speak with the supervisor she replied with a no because she is speaking for the supervisor. I really understand why their ratings are very low. I have been waiting on the phone for 1 hour.

Only get 1 because 0 is not an option. Worse customer service program in the country. They damn near just refuse to talk to you at all. Funny how u get treated when they know you cant go somewhere else. Mayor really needs to step in and get LWC under control.
Sad. Hope they never need my help.

My business uses between zero and 1 con of water each month. One month it said we used 32,000 gallons. Louisville water was helpful at first and claimed a mistake was made and they would fix it. I am still being charged for a $500 bill when its usually closer to $125 - $140. Customer service is terrible. Not because of the peoples attitudes, but because they tell you one thing, and say its in their notes, and when you talk to the next person a week or so later, they dont know what you're talking about. Its really simple, but i know they're really just taking money from people to help out their business.

This place needs zero stars. I switched to auto pay for convenience but the auto pay did not happen because the website did not keep my change saved. I ended up past due- never missed a payment before - with threatening letters. Humans not available at customer service line. Website zero help. Hate it all around.

Should have been a 0, but didn't have that option....

Should have been a 0, but didn't have that option. WORST customer service ever! Went through several prompts in an attempt to pay my bill. Normally, I pay through the bank but had forgotten to pay. Had to make several calls. Some times I was cut off; other times there was no logical progression for the prompts. Because I didn't have an account number, I had to hang up, and call back and select another prompt. I pressed 0 when given that option and just heard the options repeated for #1-#5. This took 30 minutes or so. To my chagrin, I was only able to get a human when I lied and said I had a main break. Talked with representative who I found condescending and unresponsive. I asked to speak with her supervisor twice and was told it was not a supervisor concern. Also asked that she document my concern and report info to appropriate persons so that my concerns could be addressed and was told that she would listen to the system that works well, and that I was the problem. Finally asked for the address for the PSC so I could forward my own complaint. Told me I could check Water Company's website but when told I was at that site refused to help me find the reference. I am absolutely exhausted after that encounter! They know they have a monopoly and make no effort to provide even marginal service.

Had no water running to my house this morning. There is no option to speak to a representative. Been on hold all morning. My bill is up to date, so I don't know if there's an accident, maintenance, or a mistake, because I wasn't given a courtesy call beforehand and I can't get in touch with anyone to ask a simple question of why I have no running water. This company does not give a rip about its customers and will not change by itself, period.
