If your insurance company tells you that either Ladder Now or Seek Now is going to be doing the visual inspection for the adjuster, ASK FOR A STAFF ADJUSTER! These folks are NOTORIOUS for getting claims denied. I had one walk my roof with my roofing contractor. Submitted incomplete information to insurance company. After my adjuster did a virtual inspection with my roofer, the "missed" damage was identified and the denial was reversed.

Seek Now guy says he is paid the same whether the claim is paid or denied, but I don't think that's the whole story. If not from the insurance company, perhaps they are incentivized by their management. I don't know. But I do know they have a reputation with roofers getting claims denied.
