Cheapest online for the toilet I needed, let down by bad delivery company, which I think is 'Frontline'. They want you to stay in from 7am to 7pm for the delivery, drivers don't call you when near. Will not be using again, was close to cancelling order.

Great find as they have some lovely items at sensible prices and the customer service was 1st class

Superb company. Purchased a shower from them about 5 years ago and had an issues recently with the cartidge and non return valve. Contacted Ergonomic for replacement parts as they were by far the best prices. SLight issue with the new cartridge leaking but Ergonomic were fantastic and just 'gave' me another and said return the other one when you get chance.
SUPERB customer service and have already recommneded them to a colleague who has purchased items and was very happy.

I bought several items for the bathroom at very competitive prices. Unfortunately one item arrived broken but the company exchanged it very quickly at their expense. This slight hiccup was no big deal and I'm very happy with the whole transaction.
It s helpful to see good reviews but the best measure is how the company dealt with a problem, as none of us want hassle. They scored 10/10 so I d highly recommend Ergonomic Designs.

Ordered three bathrooms items. A day later they called saying one item was going to be delayed, did we want to wait or want a refund. I opted for a refund on the one item but went ahead with the other two. Refund paid back straightaway and goods delivered two days later. Although they couldn t fulfil order, the customer service was excellent, and very well priced.

Absolutely loving my Ergonomic Chrome Kitchen Sink Tap with Swivel Spout and Pull Out Spray, even better than I imagined. The pull out spray allows me to clean all around my butler sink and is so powerful! Easy ordering process and fast delivery...definitely recommend this company :)

Good Prices, but small returns window.

I purchased in advance to ensure we had all the bits when the builder started. Due to having to redesign on the fly, we had a couple of bits left over.
When I eventually got around to sending them back I was outside the returns window (14 Days, which can be stretched to 30 in extremis). I asked about the return 58 days after I'd received the part I wanted to return, 46 Days after I'd received the last Item from the order.
100% my own fault, but still a pain considering i now have 2 brand new, unopened units, that I will probably end up binning as I can't be bothered with the hassle of selling that size of item on Ebay.
So all in all fine, just be mindful of the returns window.

Poor service and communication between supplier. This led to me being messed around by failed deliveries, incorrect consignments (Ergonomic told RAK Ceramics to deliver 17 square metres of tiles, not 17 boxes).

What should have been a 3 day delivery time took approximately 4 weeks. No apology was given or attempt to refund delivery charge.

Ergonomic may stock cheap tiles, but you could end up wasting any money saved by being messed around.

I give this 4stars as the process of chosing, buying and delivery was first class and the product itself seems as described. However, the assembly of the shower enclosure is not straightforward and the instructions, as is often the case, do not help. Today is day 2 of assembly, having failed on day one. Fingers crossed.

Very competitive pricing for the items I bought - cheapest I could find on the internet! Although items haven t been fitted yet but I checked them for damage on arrival (all good) and they are excellent. Really happy with my purchase.

Delivery was a nightmare though. Originally booked in for a Tuesday but items came on Monday when I wasn t at home. Then waited in on Tuesday for the whole afternoon and they didn t arrive because the courier company didn t load them on the van. Rearranged for Thursday but one item turned up on Wednesday; it was an extremely heavy glass shower screen which the driver couldn t carry so I had to help him bring it in. The rest of the order then came on Thursday. Got a refund of the delivery charge but considering it was incredibly stressful would rather they have got it right first time!

Fantastic service from Ergonomic Designs from ordering the product to the delivery, i was kept informed by email and checked the items straight after delivery as per instruction on messages and found all was fine. Would recommend this company and would seriously consider using for any further purchases.

Purchased items via the companies website and collected them in-store. The whole process was very smooth. Prices were very competitive. Communication regarding the order was good as was service at the store. A happy customer!

I think the prices for items are really good. I had issue with the deliveries, which was frustrating but on the other hand I understand that these things happens. At the first point the issues was not dealt in correct manner or right customer service. After expressing my unsatisfaction with the service Tara was really good and managed to sort out the issue and book alternative delivery. So I think she made great effort and this is why I still ended up having my bath from this company but was not very happy with the delays in receiving it as it delayed my works and left me paying extra for my contractors. The quality of the items are good so they just need to improve their delivery service as well as their junior staff customer service.

Phoned up with a problem I had with a shower valve I purchased from Ergonomic Designs, they were very unhelpful, terrible customer service.

Ordered a Kartell radiator from ergonomic on 01.01.19 called on 07.01 to get delivery date as it hadn t arrived was told not in stock estimated to be in stock 31.01 got an email on 31.01 to say still not in now estimated in 17.02 email again on 17.02 still not in new estimate day 21.02

When moving the box that the Kartell driver so kindly brought in and placed against the wall, we then discover the imperfections caused by some sort of truck see picture attached
After all the messing about with dates then being told extra charges will apply, we decide not to order from ergonomic and go else where we ask them to come and pick up the radiator
We get our refund of the radiator, but they don t refund the delivery and when questioned their response was we picked it up for free as a gesture of good will and when Kartell opened the box the radiator wasn t damaged
So the policy is it doesn t matter in what state the parcel leaves Kartell in what s state its delivered to the customer even if it has been driven over if we open the box and cant see any marks if you back it you will have to pay

Just had the Tmv2 round bar shower mixer plumbed in. Works beautifully . It's a reassuringly heavy chunk of metal. I am not surprised it has a 20 year guarantee. It's a simple mechanical device that is very well made. There is not too much that can go wrong. Exactly what I need after a second electric shower gave up just out of warranty .

Very good service - low level chrome waste for bath at a very reasonable price. Not been fitted by plumber yet so can say no more!

Tried to buy a complete vanity unit that was advertised on google, apparently everything was an extra and they wanted nearly double the original listing price. Use bath giant or soak instead.

Purchased a over head shower unit and found on fitting it that the thread that goes through the ceiling was no where near long enough to get a locking nut and connector on !!
I was told by a member of staff we sell loads of these and that s how it is !! He suggested using a wall plate connector and building a frame in the loft to attach it to! I found their attitude very unhelpful as they seemed not to really care.

We'd been looking for a non slip shower with low profile to provide safe showering and trip-free access for the young and elderly in our family.
This shower really fits the bill. It is definitely ergonomically designed. It is also a good price, which includes the waste/drain.
Delivery was swift and at the time expected.
This company seem to have put some careful thought into their stock. Worth supporting.

Great service really helpful and quick delivery would use again

Only two stars as, for me the delivery lets this company down. They are an internet based company, you can't choose delivery times or dates, you can't track your delivery nor can they give you a delivery time slot. I got notified at 3:50pm the day before delivery was due and was expected to sit at home all of the following day to take delivery, as most people I work full time! I called them the following morning to be patronized by the customer service guy that I should have 'read the terms and conditions' before ordering, I cant even find the terms and conditions on their website! To add salt to the wound I received a phone call from the delivery driver half an hour before he arrived, if I'd known the driver was going to give me half an hours notice I could have gone to work after all and not had a day off, but nobody tells you this!
Shame really as their price point is good, nice, easy to navigate website, but their delivery service for an internet based company in 2019 is pathetic.

My experience of this company is not a good one. Following my initial order of a shower enclosure, one of the panels was smashed and Ergonomic Designs refused to replace or refund. I had to pay for a new panel and a further delivery charge plus the fitting cost passed on to me by my builder for having to come back. At no point have I ever had an apology from this company and the service is so shocking they don't even reply to emails when you contact them for a resolution. I will never purchase from here again.

I phoned up to get a very specific part from a shower I purchased 8 years prior to the part failing. They found the part told me the code which I ordered. The part arrived in a box far to large. I arranged my plumber. He came opened up the More

I ordered a 3 way thermostatic mixer valve and attachments from Ergonomic design over 5 years ago now, I originally purchased from them as I loved the design on it and the great price in comparison to others.
Over 5 years later I had an issue which the support team helped me along with, support was great and very friendly. I'm due to move, starting a big renovation project and I will definitely be looking to purchase from them again. Highly recomend. Thankyou

Service and product good. I thought that the delivery charge was a bit excessive.

Initially found them to be difficult to deal with, as they require photo ID to collect items paid for online, which I have never encountered before, and were unable to dispatch the goods from the warehouse to their shop until payment was received. However, they quickly provided a reasonable (albeit slightly convoluted) solution of cancelling the order and placing it again on the day, which worked out just fine (refund came through within a couple of days, which they advised would be the case). Goods were as described, and the price is great. All staff were friendly and helpful. Would recommend.

This company let us down badly with lead times taking over 6 weeks - even worse we had to do all the chasing for updates.

Ordered a RAK toilet from Ergonomic Designs on the Thursday and it arrived the following Monday, well packed and in perfect condition. Not the cheapest website for this item but it did have lots of good reviews. Worth the extra for peace of mind.

Late delivery, lied to by customer service, won't buy from them again

Ordering process was easy. Kept me updated about delivery. As I was at work on the delivery date, I rang to check if they could give me an estimated delivery time. They said they would find out and rang me back as promised. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely use again.

Although my order did not arrive in perfect condition, I sent in photos within the 48 hours and ergonomic designs had replacements sent out to me immediately. I now have all of my order and am very happy as I found their prices and service to be excellent.

Order a sink from this company which arrived with large cracks right through it. We let them know and they simply refused to replace or refund the sink, claiming it was not their problem.

Customer service is great and very polite. But I was left frustrated by the experience. An order was scheduled for Wednesday, got a call by midday saying the courier had damaged it so it wouldn't be coming. Annoying as I took the day off work, but not their fault and good that they contacted me to let me know. I was told it would then be delivered on Friday. i took the day off again, and waited...waited...called mid afternoon. I was told they would get back to me... they didn't. So I called up again. This time I was told the order wasn't dispatched. In fact it wasn't even in stock. Waste of a day off sat and home, and worse I was told it now wouldn't be available until a week later. Order cancelled. I think I would order with them again as their customer service was generally polite and helpful, but I'd be cautious.

Bought 2 WCs with cisterns that were supposed to include ceramic handles. The ceramic handles never came in the packages sent and when I pointed this out all Ergonomic could say was that you had signed for delivery and I would have to pay extra if I still want them. Like you really have time to check what is in the boxes when the delivery guy is stood waiting for a signature

We ve used Ergonomic Designs for several bathroom orders and their service has been excellent. We ve changed our mind several times and so needed to return items, they ve been very flexible about accepting returns, even when we were out the country and not able to return within the 14 day window. All products have been in good condition and as advertised. They ve also been great at answering technical questions. We ve had happy dealings with this company.

Prices very competitive, we saved several hundred pounds. Website was very easy to navigate with a choice of payment and delivery options.
I had a courtesy call after two days to say goods had been delivered and when I collected on day three it was a smooth operation.

Ergonomic Designs pass the book. Vanity unit has split after less than six months use. Actually purchased Aug 2018 but builder schedule meant Kitchen was done before bathroom causing delay to July 2019 before fitting. 5 Year warranty. Response is because it may have got wet in a bathroom so out of guarantee. Nothing we can do. Tried to be reasonable with them willing to accept a drawer front and replace myself. This is not the end of this.
If you are thinking of purchasing Hudson Reed Products or other items from ED just remember 5 year warranty actually means 5 mins if you are going to put a bathroom vanity unit in a bathroom or have steam close to it. Unfortunately legal proceedings seems to be the only way to make them accept responsibility

So far really very unhappy, several of my items arrived damaged and after reporting them 5 days ago, I still have not been given any idea of when my replacements will be sent to me.

The part I ordered came promptly but unfortunately I had misidentified it. The actual part I needed turned out to be discontinued by the manufactor and return of the item was arranged efficiently and pleasantly.at my cost as per their T&C's. My refund was made immediately they received the item. They are good people to deal with.

Terrible customer service, I have ordered a few products from this company in the past and never had any issues. On my latest order I was sent 2 faulty toilet seats. Everything looked ok when we took delivery but when we went to fit them. One box had another customers personal details on so had obviously been a return. This is a breach of data protection as I now have this persons name and address! The other is badly scratched and has the bolts missing. We contacted the company and they told us they would be replaced so we sent pictures with the damage. They are now saying it's up to the supplier to agree to replace the goods. I keep trying to explain to them that they are faulty but they are not interested. I won't be ordering from them again.

Had same issue mentioned by other customers in reviews. Goods received were faulty. Flagged this well within the 14 day window which is flagged on their website and 30 days you get as part of consumer act. They said that I had to flag within 48 hours so not eligible for refund.

This was never mentioned before. No consumer service to talk to. Just email responses stating robotically stating the 48 hour nonsense they have put in comments responding to other 1 star reviews.

Horrendous company. Avoid avoid avoid
