Poor service and communication between supplier. This led to me being messed around by failed deliveries, incorrect consignments (Ergonomic told RAK Ceramics to deliver 17 square metres of tiles, not 17 boxes).

What should have been a 3 day delivery time took approximately 4 weeks. No apology was given or attempt to refund delivery charge.

Ergonomic may stock cheap tiles, but you could end up wasting any money saved by being messed around.
